By accessing and using PlayZone Solutions services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services Description

PlayZone Solutions provides web development services including but not limited to:

• Custom web application development
• Technical support and maintenance
• Payment integration services
• Consulting and advisory services

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access to complete projects as agreed.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed code. PlayZone Solutions retains rights to general methodologies and reusable components.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Late payments may incur additional charges as outlined in project contracts.

6. Limitation of Liability

PlayZone Solutions liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by European Union law and local regulations where applicable.
